Trixie Danielle is a Filipina writer and performance artist based in the UAE. She was currently selected as part of 2024 Numoo cohort at The Arts Center.

​

She has performed on stages like Rooftop Rhythms at NYU and numerous open mics and poetry slams across the UAE. Her work delves deeply into themes of migration, relationships, and self-discovery, resonating with audiences both locally and globally.

 

As a core member of TRIBE Creatives & Communications and 63Kolektib, her passion for community and cultural exploration is evident in her collaborations.

She contributed to Sulyap as a writer, dramaturg, and performer, a project held at the Theater of Digital Arts (TODA) in partnership with Emirates Literature Foundation and the Philippine Business Council. Trixie also collaborated with Robert de Guzman on the Museum of Migration and Memory at NYU and 63Kolektib's stage adaptation of Lola Basyang in the UAE.

 

A proud alumna of the USLS Maskara Theatre Ensemble, Trixie’s journey in the arts has been deeply enriched and nurtured by mentorship from cultural workers like Easter Anne Doza, Tanya Lopez, and Danabelle Gutierrez.

In addition to her creative pursuits, she is exploring new passions, such as a fascination with mountains and a growing love for ultimate frisbee.
